Patient and Nurse

Our Story

I began my journey in healthcare as a caregiver in 2006 and became a registered nurse in 2009. I started my career in a busy hospital medical unit, but it was in 2014 that I discovered my passion for senior living. Since then, I've immersed myself in assisted living and memory care communities across Oregon, with a focus on providing high quality, compassionate care.

Over time, I witnessed firsthand how residents with diabetes, particularly those requiring insulin, were often turned away from community-based care settings due to delegation challenges. I strongly believe that diabetes should not be a barrier to accessing the dignity and comfort of assisted living. As a regional nurse, I also recognized how delegation responsibilities often default to the community or regional nurses, which can add to an already full workload and lead to burnout and high RN turnover.

That's why I started RN Delegations: to be a dependable partner that helps reduce RN burnout, supports care teams, and ensures residents get the care they need. I'm a hard worker, detail-oriented, and known for building a quick rapport with residents and staff. I truly enjoy working with elderly individuals and value being part of a collaborative care environment.

I live in Lebanon, Oregon with my husband and our two amazing kids- one a high school senior and the other a college sophomore. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new foods, and hiking.
